I Drink this everyday I make it with 1/2 lemon squeezed in tall mug with 2 talblespoon apple cider vinegar with some mint. At first at tasted goss but when I add mint it taste Great

Just tried it for the first time. I thought it was going to be so nasty but it wasn’t unbearable! I did 2 tablespoons of lemon juice , 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, then I just let the rest fill up with water and added a little swirl of honey & I feel full.

I tried this before and couldn’t deal with it. I started again Jan 1 and have no problems with it. I drink it as soon as I get up in the morning and have felt great for 4 days now! I do 1T of ACV and 1T lemon juice to 8oz of water. Follow up with green tea before work and I’ve lost the bloating and bowel issues I was having. This is not a new thing just getting popularized again. My sister has done this for years! * don’t drink after brushing teeth 🤮

I’ve used organic ACV (apple cider vinegar) with lemon juice and real organic cranberry juice for years and love it. My friend told me she tried ACV with coconut water and loves it also. We trade ways to get these great ingredients in our daily diet.

I’m on my forth day noticing the difference. Immediate gratification. I feel less bloated especially since I didn’t know I was. I spend a lot of time at my computer with swelling in my ankles. Since drinking this inflammation. Energy level higher. More productive. I’m hooked forever.

I started today. I have used the mothers vinegar before, with just a little water, so 1 TBSP in 2 cups water was not bad at all. I hope to do this everyday. I can’t see why you can’t do it past 7 days.

I mix it with blue Gatorade & it dulls the flavor. I started out with 1/3 of each recommended dose and worked my way up from there. I also only used enough Gatorade to make the concoction into a few drinks then drank Gatorade straight as a chaser… it really helps with the taste!

I often buy the Braggs brand vinegar drinks which are delicious, but sometimes pricey. Apple Cider Vinegar, the one that the recipe calls for, is one of the most amazing foods you can include in your daily regimen, so yes, you can take this drink everyday. I love the taste of it. If you really cannot stomach it, try adding some honey; not a lot though…. Try it for the 7 days before you quit it.

I read it helps alleviate arthritic symptoms from high protein diet and eating a lot of spinach (something to do with calcium). Anyway the results were almost instant. I had an 80% reduction in pain in my hand in a couple days after months of burning pain. I absolutely HATE the taste so I just fill a shot glass with the ACV and Lemon Juice and chase it with a large glass of water.

I started today. Holy gross! I felt like I was drinking a watered down vomit. So I skipped the drink here and there technique, warmed it up in the microwave, and tried to just chug it. The less aftertaste I get the better! I had it right after my workout, so my stomach was already a bit full from the water I had been drinking, but I had to get through it. At 11am I was an hour and a half post-finishing it, I hadn’t eaten anything, wasn’t feeling hungry but knew I needed something for post-workout fuel, so looks like it acts as an appetite suppressant for me (not exactly a good thing first thing after the workout) I hope this really does help me in some amazing way. I don’t feel my body is struggling with anything, so I guess this can only help. I’m for sure drinking it fast tomorrow.

I’m late to the party but I figured better late than never. The taste leaves much to be desired but it’s doable. I just chug it quickly. Just started so I don’t know about the benefits yet but it did break up the cold I have.

I started yesterday, I went to gym and had the most incredible energy, so naturally I took advantage of that; In the evening I had to redo CCU"s
for my profession and my mind was super sharp and clear, lastly I baked hunger buster cookies from scratch! The energy and clarity of my mind was the affects of one day on cleanse, so yes I’m sticking to it next 6 days see if I see some leaning of body as well; one note though, its hard to get down as the taste of vinegar first thing in morning is a lil unpleasant. Just chug it down the results will be worth it
