A little of this is OK, but if we want to fully embrace peppermint during the holidays, we can't be sucking on peppermint sticks with wild abandon. (Makes 2 servings)
1 cup milk (dairy or nut)
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (or, add 1 tsp pure vanilla extract & 1 cup Greek yogurt, if you don't have/don't want protein powder)
1 packet Stevia
2 drops pure peppermint extract
7-10 ice cubes
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
