Ah, summer is here, and that means we're busting out our tank tops and handing out tickets to the gun show. Summer also means our schedules are as packed as the community pool on a hot day, so while we want to show off our best bodies, we don't have a lot of time to invest in our transformation.
Thankfully, we don't need to. All you need to do is know how to optimize your workout to hit as many muscle groups as possible while also expanding as much energy as possible. That's why this one move is one of our favorite go-tos to sculpt a lean, strong upper body. It works your back, chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders as well as your core and legs. Basically, you get a total body blast with an emphasis on your beautiful upper bod.

Add this exercise to your next workout, or perform it until you max-out for a killer stand-alone workout.
When you are in push up position, keep your core strong: don’t let your hips sag. Keep your spine in line!
To make this move more beginner-friendly, take out the explosive push-up and modify the jump to exclude the second Mini Challenger. Work your way up to these more advanced variations.
To amp the ante, slap on a weighted vest. This will increase your overall energy burn during the workout, while also helping you build more muscle to torch more fat post-workout.
